Summary: On Screen Learning Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms define the business-to-business relationship between On Screen Learning (OSL) and any client purchasing or using OSL products, content, or services.

OSL operates as a content provider only. We create and license educational materials for business use, and do not deliver qualifications, operate as a training centre, or provide a learning platform. All content remains the intellectual property of OSL and is licensed for internal organisational use only. Clients must not resell, share, sublicense, adapt, rebrand, or distribute OSL content externally without written permission.

The client is fully responsible for how content is used within their organisation. This includes delivery, learner management, compliance with awarding organisations, quality assurance processes, and alignment with any regulatory or audit requirements. OSL does not guarantee that its content meets specific awarding body or qualification standards unless formally agreed.

OSL does not own, operate, or manage any Learning Management System. Any LMS, hosting environment, or third-party tool used to deliver content is the responsibility of the client. OSL accepts no liability for technical issues, downtime, data loss, or changes arising from third-party systems.

Access to content is granted once payment is received and is limited to the agreed licence period. Learner access is typically valid for 12 months from enrolment, after which re-registration is required under current terms.

Payments must be made in accordance with invoice terms. OSL may suspend or withdraw access where payment is overdue or where there is misuse or breach of agreement. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances and are not available once content has been accessed.

These Terms include provisions covering intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection, liability limitations, accuracy of information, termination, force majeure, consultancy, and project scope. OSL’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be excluded under law.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with all disputes subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Learning Platform Compatibility

OSL does not provide or operate a learning platform. Our role is focused entirely on the creation of flexible, transferable learning content.

Our materials are developed using standard web technologies, allowing them to be integrated into a wide range of Learning Management Systems that support HTML-based content.

This includes platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard Learn, Canvas, Brightspace, Open edX, LearnDash, TalentLMS, Docebo, GHL, SAP Litmos, Absorb LMS, iSpring Learn, and similar systems.

Content can be embedded or configured using commonly supported methods, enabling training providers to deliver materials within their own infrastructure without reliance on a specific platform.
