Understanding Nutrition For Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being

Guided Learning Hours:

Short Self-Paced (SSP) and Self-Paced/Tutor-Led:
Participants will complete automarked questions aligned to each assessment criterion. These ensure comprehension of all learning outcomes and provide instant feedback.

Tutor-Led:
Participants will complete 3 written student tasks, applying theory to real-world mental health and nutrition scenarios. These are tutor-marked and designed to support critical thinking and professional development.
